PAST-PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Anne Barton

- Mentioned NASFAA award for training of legislators

- Financially, “we’re in good shape”

- Retaining of attorney has helped , especially with conference contracts

- IMN Solutions for conference services

- New website went live in July 2004; Conference 2004 evaluation will be on the website

1^st VICE-PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Kerrie Cooper

-1031 members for 0304; down slightly from prior year, most likely due to transition issue

2^nd VICE-PRESIDENT’S REPORT – Mike Pede

- several venues/formats have been tried over past few years

- members wanted training “close to home” and four sites around the state seemed to satisfy that

TREASURER’S REPORT – Mike McGraw

- “in excellent shape”; $72000 in cash, $19000 scholarship checking; $28000 transferred and additional $7000 transferred after June 30^th

- audits have been favorable; no areas of comment/concern

- Exec Council rep. In each region can be contacted if any member wants to view past audit reports

OLD BUSINESS – None

NEW BUSINESS –

-Proposed Constitution and By-law changes for dealing with change in way we’ll be voting (electronically vs. paper) were passed around to all members in attendance

Motion to accept the proposed changes made by Howard Leslie/Gail Drapala; Motion accepted unanimously
