Presented at the NYSFAAA 31th Anniversary Conference
Lake Placid, New York

Daniel R. Hunter, Jr.
Citation of Appreciation
From early on this member can be considered one of NYSFAAA's first mentors. Such a role is still invaluable in our association. He has guided, supported and even consoled his collegues in good and bad times. His activity has been an inspiration to many since his early work on Executive Council and as a staunch supporter of training for the membership for over 25 years.

He was an early participant in our Scholarship Committee and a fixture in Guidance Couselor Workshops, FAAM activities and regional meetings. Perhaps his greatest gift is the willingness with which he shares his expertise. He has shared this expertise and knowledge openly with EASFAA and SUNY, as well as NYSFAAA.

His quiet demeanor is not indicative of his fervent career-long committment to this organization and all of its members. Till this day he lends his support and assistance to those who need it the most in his region. His strength of character and conviction cannot go unnoticed.

For his professional collegiality and long time service to this organization, NYSFAAA is proud to present this Citation of Appreciation to MR. DANIEL R. HUNTER, now of HESC.

Richard E. Oboyski
Citation of Appreciation
This is one NYSFAAA Member who has always believed in the responsibility of each member to be pro-active about critical issues. He has never failed to enthusiastically participate in any state or regional activities. As a former member of Executive Council for his region, he has also continued to lend his special talents unselfishly to the FAAM Hotline, High School Nights, as well as Novice and Support Staff Workshops. There is no limitation in his willingness to lead the way or speak out on relevant issues. But even when doing so he still continues to take the high ground in his approach and actions.

In all of his NYSFAAA professional endeavors he still has found the time to lend and support SUNYFAP as well as individual NYSFAAA Regional Members. His name is a current fuxture on our List Serve activity and he has continued to serve as a mentor to whomever he encounters and wherever he encounters them.

Moreover, his prolific and marathon performances on Conference dance floors has established a standard for all members to emulate. For this continued extensive and energetic service to NYSFAAA we are pleased to award this Citation of Appreciation to MR. RICHARD E. OBOYSKI from SUNY Agriculture & Technical School @ Cobleskill.
