throughout the state during the week of February 20th. The metro NYC

Development and Sponsorships:
Regions have been advised
that any event sponsored by donations must have a business purpose only. Social events are okay as long as the donated
funds do not flow through the organization’s treasury. This guidance has been issued by our auditor
as some events have challenged our tax exempt status.
NYSFAAA Business:
We are seeking a trademark on
the identity of NYSFAAA by utilizing the availability of a law intern at
EASFAA. NYSFAAA owns the web rights to NYSFAAA.org, NYSFAA.net and NYSFAAA.net.
Recently, NYSFAA.org ( we do not have rights to this
site) was posted. It presented links to many lenders and servicers.
With Sallie Mae’s help, this website has been shut down.
