speakers for some sessions we are planning at a regional meeting and workshop
this spring. If you would be interested
in being a speaker for a session below or know of someone who would be a good

if anyone is interested in presenting a session not listed here at a regional
meeting or a workshop this spring, please get in touch with us. We are always looking for new sessions and
speakers.
Sessions we need speakers
for:
Leadership:
This session is to help us
improve and gain confidence in our leadership skills. The goal of the session is to make us more
effective in leading people. We would
need this speaker for March 30th in
Everyday Regulations: Citizenship:
This session
will spend time discussing the system how
Communication
between Offices
This session
would spend time discussing on ways to improve communication between the Office
of Financial Aid with Registrars, Student Accounts, and Admissions. Discuss best tips and blueprints used at
other schools to help facilitate this communication. We
would need this speaker for March 16th at Sarah Lawrence.
College
Savings Options:
A session on
college savings plans, Coverdell education savings accounts, trust funds, savings
bonds and so forth. It would discuss the
pros and cons of the different savings options and how they are treated in the
federal need analysis system. Also how
schools can consider these investments when awarding their institutional aid. We
would need this speaker for March 16th at Sarah Lawrence.
RT4
Basics:
This session
would discuss and demystify the RT4 calculation for financial aid
administrators. Offer suggestions on how
to improve the process in the financial aid offices. To teach the basic elements of the process
and receive recommendations on how to avoid some of the more common RT4
findings in a program review. We would need this speaker for March 16th at
Sarah Lawrence.
