The Biden Administration is calling for the end of the National Emergency on May 11, 2023. There are multiple impacts on how we do business. We will discuss and explain all the impacts. Of course, this change looms over the FAFSA Simplification Act. Further, there is a plethora of proposed laws and regulations that may go into effect on July 1, 2024. Our hope is to try and cover the other proposed laws and regulations during this session.
