Description This session will focus on the development of a systemic approach to embedding diversity, equity, inclusion, and access into the organizational infrastructure, acknowledging the individual duties and responsibilities of all stakeholders in establishing and maintaining a climate and culture which honors and supports all. The presentation will provide strategic recommendations and high-impact practices purposed to increase stakeholder understanding and ownership of DEIA priorities, moving attendees from conceptualization to benchmarked and data-driven organizational outcomes.
