This session will provide a summary of federal legislative and regulatory activity, with a focus on the College Cost Reduction Act (CCRA). In the first hour, our speakers will unpack the CCRA, Higher Education Act reauthorization, education appropriations, and other pending legislation that may impact our community. In the second hour, they will move over to the US Department of Education and provide an update on final and pending regulations to give you a clear roadmap of what has happened so far during the Biden Administration and what to expect next.
